Busy day today! Packing for the trip to Big D! I'm so excited!!
I get to spend Christmas with my boys PLUS I get to meet my new Grandson (as soon as he arrives)! This promises to be a wonderful Christmas......I have done NO shopping yet. Paul and I plan on doing that when we get to Dallas. It's really simple....money and BIG ticket items make them all happy.
Dozier's going with us. We bought him a new airline approved carrier last weekend. It has wheels and will go under the seat in front on us. He likes it - I've left it out in the den ..and he has become very comfortable in it....I've caught him napping a couple of time. He is a good flyer - doesn't mind it at all. He's anxious to meet his little brother! They will weigh about the same.
Yesterday Paul and I went to Allentown for one of my doctor visits. I have to get cardiac clearance before I have my surgery in February. I am pleased with my new doctor...even tho I really like my Arkansas doctor better. Doctors in the south are great....this new doctor up here even said as much... you see in May, I had a CT scan of my heart - a realtively new thing that they do that really shows what is going on in there. Most insurances won't pay for it - it's very expensive....my insurance finally did pay for it. Anyway - this new doctor told us that a doctor from the south came up and taught them how to do it. For some reason, that made me PROUD to be a Southerner! My heart is ok - well.....my ekg was a little off.....and I do have three stents...but he cleared me for the knee replacement. More on that later......
I have to give Dozier a bath......NOT FUN! More later..........

Dozier - don't forget: you can't pee on the baby!
